Do not take your vehicle here. Worst customer service. I’ve used for multiple years court ordered and voluntarily. I bought a new vehicle and took to get installed. The installer had problems installing but finally was able to drive away. As soon as I hit a traffic light my car died in the middle of the intersection. I dealt with the installer and management who blamed me for the problem. My car has a stop/start feature which is very common in vehicles today. The people are pretty cool but the device is shyt and the shop is never actually open beyond like maybe an hour a day. Idk how they expect to tend to people in that much time. You never know when it's actually open or closed because they have the people running between two locations in the same day. It's genuinely the most frustrating experience of my life. Surely it is for them as well
