Got in and out...The staff was pleasant and was able to answer all questions I inquired about. I would give yourself 2-3 hrs for completion of the installation.
They literally would not remove my interlock for 6 months even though I completed my program with them. I had to pay for an additional 6 months since they wouldn’t take it out without me getting a newly issued DL. Then when I emailed corporate, corporate says they take it out at anytime per your request. Lol. They absolutely do not. You will have this in your car until they decide otherwise, regardless what your DUI paperwork says or what ID you have.
