Nice people, fast service.
The two people that handled my installation were clearly top-notch professionals. They did a fine job.
Had an Appointment today at 9:45am for a calibration showed up 10mins early to find out no one from smart start has showed up no cancelation notice or anything waited an hour for someone to show but they did not. The sign on the door says open but no one is there!!! I guess I'm supposed to wait all day when I had an appointment at 945am! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I waited on hold with customer service for 25min before I had to head back to work.
