Excellent service, the manger Ed is professional and very good at his job! He saved me so much grief from being abused by another service center in Raleigh that was on the cusp of ruining my efforts to have a successful completion of the terms of my device, that center was rude and incompetent! Ed found out that the other center had my device calibrated for the conditions of the wrong state for me, that was huge (it was causing me all sorts of problems)! Thank you Ed!
