My 1st time being here n I’m blown away with the wonderful customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the nicest front desk clerk immediately even though she was on the phone with a customer. After discussing my problem with her the owner overheard my dilemma n told me he can do it for me regardless since I wasn’t on the schedule. This literally made my day n I strongly recommend this place for car audio n smart start device needs. Thanks again!!!!!
This has been the WORST experience EVER. We got the smart start put in our vehicle. Since we have had nothing but issues. Yesterday our vehicle just refused to start at 6pm after we had taken a trip to the grocery store. We called tech support twice did everything they said and nothing worked. We were told there is nothing that can be done at that time as everyone had closed! This is our ONLY vehicle we both work.
