Great customer service, everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. The guys were great, super informative and nice!
Ed did a great job installing took less time than I thought and Lee did a great job explaining the paperwork.
They were great with explaining everything and I don’t have any complaints.
Terrible experience. My husband went to Smart Start Ignition Interlock today, November 5th, at 9 a.m., and he was treated very poorly. The man who attended him (of Asian descent) was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way. We do not recommend this place — they seriously need to improve their customer service.
