My experience at this Smart start has been pretty good technicians very helpful and friendly but $25 increase just all of a sudden over everybody that's way excessive
On the phone trying to get help.... your wait time will be 40 mins... lol This company has forgotten that if you don't have a customer, you don't have a business. But they have a strong hold on the market and do what they want. They don't care about their customers.
