This place should be shut down they’re literally robbing their costumers their devices violate you for no reason whatsoever not even drinking violates you then it passes you but you still have to pay the fee meanwhile your not even drinking it’s a scam once they see your almost done with the program to hit you with violations and fees it’s all about getting as much money out of you as possible
Great customer service was in and out in no time friendly
The one star is not for the techs at the shop it is for the customer service. No one answers when you call, you will be placed on hold for hours and even have the phone call dropped. Only time I spoke to customer service was while at the shop when they called from there. Seems they can get in touch right away. First extremely rude person, second was told of charges of an amount and would not tell me or provide an itemized statement for charges.
