Horrible service. They don't explain options for a voluntarily installed device, they ignore requests to replace a defective unit per the technician who tried to help and got nowhere and they double billed us. Repeated calls, wasting time, lost wages. Avoid Smart Start.
My unit has been malfunctioning for months and they refuse to fix it.
