Kind, professional, efficient and courteous.
Pulled out of Smart Start with zero blood alcohol level, Retest was required within five minutes which I failed. Had to go back to SmartStart for a reset($80?) And they doubted the fact that I hadn't put something in my mouth to alter the results. They said I blew a .022 and a consecutive .001 when looking at records that automatically went to the DMV. 15 minutes later after being reset at Smart Start, I blew .000 to allow me to continue on my journey. They were very professional and patient with me to make sure that I knew how to use the device properly. They were thorough in explaining the instructions to me and didn't take long to install. Would recommend these guys if you are ordered to have one. Thank you Smart Start
This team was awesome. They were able to install a Smart Start on a 20yr old car. Slight issues, but I can drive with confidence.
