when we went to get it installed it took 9 hours. We were there from 9am to 6pm. We left and it left us sitting at sheetz. The technician came to sheetz and removed the lock out so we could go home. We were told they would call us the next day. It took weeks before we could finally get ahold of someone and another few weeks before they actually fixed the problem.
