When you called the person you speak withis different from those at the installation facility. The people at the facility are great and the explain everything in details. But when you call to make an appointment they will trick you so you can enroll and when you find out, they will tell you” there is nothing we can do” If you are tricking people into something, I call that stealing.
Great customer service and friendly people.
The installation went great but the customer services was superb. There is a lady called Asia in the front desk. She’s a gem she took me step by step was reassuring answered all my question. Helped me when I was having an entire melt down about and difficulty using the device
I’ve been going here for a little under a year and love the service always fast and clear. They’re upfront about everything and they have never shown any shady practices . They’re also conveniently right by the highway !
