Local shop is great, but their parent company is horrendous. They have zero care or customer support. I’ve had issues with the setup of my account since installation and can’t get anybody to help resolve it. Very disappointing and I would go somewhere else. I updated my review because Sammy at the local shop was able to resolve my issue that multiple calls to customer service could not. I would give the local shop 5 stars and the parent company 1 star.
