I pulled up at 4:50 PM, and even though they don’t close until 5:00 PM, I was told they couldn’t service me. All I needed was something that would’ve taken 10 minutes, and I was still turned away. It’s unprofessional and honestly disappointing. If you advertise that you’re open until 5, your staff should be prepared to help customers until then — not clock out early mentally or physically. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I hope they train their team to understand what customer service actually means.
I ran across multiple issues with my device, and was instructed to go into nears location. I was greeted and treated with the most professionalism by Ivan K. He to the time to go above and beyond expectations to narrow down the root cause of my device failure and performed a calibration test that ended with the ruling that I had a faulty device. My family and I highly appreciated his initiative and product knowledge. Thank you again Ivan K for everything.
