Had no idea how this was all going to go, but Ron was made it easy. He was quick but thorough in his explanation, the “how to”, the what to do, the what not to do, and the installation of the interlock system device. Thanks Ron … great experience!!

I am not giving 5 stars to Smart Start…. Yet to a specific man who works there. I had my interlock installed for over a year and today I finally had it taken out. My life is starting a-new. While I am glad not to be going back to have calibrations or having to pay those outrageous rates…TRAVIS at the Jacksonville NC location was a rockstar. He absolutely helped me out every chance he could. He is incredibly down to earth and isn’t judgmental at all.
