Ron has great customer service. Super easy and fast during calibrations.
I am not giving 5 stars to Smart Start…. Yet to a specific man who works there. I had my interlock installed for over a year and today I finally had it taken out. My life is starting a-new. While I am glad not to be going back to have calibrations or having to pay those outrageous rates…TRAVIS at the Jacksonville NC location was a rockstar. He absolutely helped me out every chance he could. He is incredibly down to earth and isn’t judgmental at all.
