Installation took 9 hours because the technician "couldn't find the right wires." I was not shown how to use the device because staff was in a hurry to get home, I'm sure. First car dropped off and last to leave. Now 1 day later my car is going to the dealership with electrical issues. If you value your time, money, or your vehicle, for God's sake, go somewhere else.
I had the best experience with this location!! Ana was super helpful with making sure I was set up with everything correctly and provided me with all the details I needed for my interlock system and documents I needed. She was very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had about the process.
