Kris, tech in boone, was very professional. I was guite nervous. I had never been in trouble before. He helped me relax. He explained everything throughly. He made sure I understood it before I left the shop. He was great.

Just awful service here, I was told to take my device in by Chris. My handheld was locking me out every time I disconnected it and took in. When it’s cold this is what I was told by him to do. It a scam and ploy to get more $$$$ so u have to pay more to the CO. Stay outta this shop, Chris is awful and so rude. I’ll NEVER go here again, I’ll drive the extra distance just to not go to the Boone smart start.

Wouldn’t go here, drive outta town or do a different interlock. I had been told by the technician ( Chris ) to always unplug the device on very cold nights or it could mess up. I tried doing what he said but in doing so i was locked out more then once. It also drained a new batter once before, somehow. But according to the technicians on the phone and in person in Asheville nc, I should never unplug the device. I told the tech when I took the car in this last time.
