If there’s a different mechanic you can use, or even a different interlock company, I’d highly recommend looking around first. I’m not sure who is supposed to be supervising this location, but I assume it’s the owner? Not trying to be rude, but Im not sure he’s ever really worked on vehicles before. Since my first visit, I’m sure to stay in the garage with him, in case he has any very basic questions on how a vehicle works. Again, I’m not trying to be rude. It’s just…strange. Avoid at all costs!

Just awful service here, I was told to take my device in by Chris. My handheld was locking me out every time I disconnected it and took in. When it’s cold this is what I was told by him to do. It a scam and ploy to get more $$$$ so u have to pay more to the CO. Stay outta this shop, Chris is awful and so rude. I’ll NEVER go here again, I’ll drive the extra distance just to not go to the Boone smart start.
