Fuse 512 was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. Scheduling was a mess, communication was unclear, and getting straightforward answers felt like pulling teeth. Appointments ran late, and no one seemed organized or concerned about customers’ time. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when issues came up, and instead of explaining things clearly, they rushed through the process like you were an inconvenience.
