Skip been taking care of me for years. Great service and knowledgeable.
A good gym, a little dated. Staff is friendly. Not great for beginners, no visual instruction. Gotta get on a lengthy waiting list for a trainer opening. Visual posters would be great, or work out videos playing on the monitors for beginners to be more effective.
