Buyer beware, if you have a warranty problem like I do, you will consistently recieve a run around claiming they will fix your issues. There are other providers out their I wish I would have done more research, please do yours.
I do want to start off by saying I am happy we have a shelter to protect us in a time of need and it was mostly an overall good experience. However, there were a few issues with both the company themselves and the shelter. As another review mentioned, this company does fall short on communication with their customer(s). I am sure they are super busy, and probably install shelters all over the state. When i paid the deposit in April I was told 4-6 weeks. 6 mos later It still wasn't installed and zero communication. Very, very poor and unprofessional business model. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this company if I were the owner. Do better.
We are glad we got a shelter for sure. But for being a small business, they really fall short on what I feel like most small businesses succeed at, which is communication with their customer. Communication was very spotty, I was told in June my install was coming "soon" and it felt like I was being ignored, pushed off, etc. When I placed my order in April I spoke to a guy and he said 2 months, maybe 3 depending on the weather. Just had them put a storm shelter in our garage floor. Great work and constant updates while we waited for a date to have it installed.
