Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. This company exceeded every expectation - professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The installation only took less than a few hours. Great team. Showed up on time and finished the install in under three hours. Honest work and high quality. I’d recommend them to anyone.
This may be my second review of this company, but I purchased a few years ago and had excellent service. In and out in 3 hours. Flash forward to today, had a minor leak from a worn seal or whatever, nothing major. Owner was very responsive to help, came and fixed the problem within a week of the notification of my issue. This is a great company if you are looking for that extra nudge to buy, the customer service and warranty they offer is a great selling point.
Absolutely top notch from start to finish. This company was above reproach answered every question I had extremely professional and talk to me like I was one of the boys the whole time they were at my house. Everything went off like clockwork. Everybody knew exactly what they needed to do when they needed to do it. They started installation at about 830 and we’re done giving me the run through of my shelter by 1 o’clock cleaned up every piece of debris and speck of dust. Total disregard of how they leave your yard after installation!! It's going to cost me well over $2,000 to repair the damage they left!! If I was able to post pictures here you would be astonished!! I called to discuss this matter with the owner just to get hung up on!! They have no respect for the customer!! Yes the shelter was given to us through a grant and we thank God for it. With that being said it's just wrong what they did to us.
