Absolutely top notch from start to finish. This company was above reproach answered every question I had extremely professional and talk to me like I was one of the boys the whole time they were at my house. Everything went off like clockwork. Everybody knew exactly what they needed to do when they needed to do it. They started installation at about 830 and we’re done giving me the run through of my shelter by 1 o’clock cleaned up every piece of debris and speck of dust. Total disregard of how they leave your yard after installation!! It's going to cost me well over $2,000 to repair the damage they left!! If I was able to post pictures here you would be astonished!! I called to discuss this matter with the owner just to get hung up on!! They have no respect for the customer!! Yes the shelter was given to us through a grant and we thank God for it. With that being said it's just wrong what they did to us.
This company tried very hard to help us get a storm shelter installed in our yard. Our property was very wet but, they did the best that they could do considering the circumstances. We are very grateful to Smart Shelters of Kentucky for there hard work and dedication to keeping us safe through these storms. I highly recommend this company.
Had my shelter installed today,, such a sense of relief!! Everything was perfect and Brian was very informative and willing to answer any questions even told me I could call him later with any other questions since my husband and I have very busy schedules and was unable to be home during install. Highly recommend this company!
This company came to our home on 03/11/2025 to install a under ground shelter for us. They were going to put it in the back yard so they dug the hole and when they tried to transport the big truck which had the shelter on it they got stuck. So they covered the hole back up and basically destroyed that part of the yard. So we agreed to let them install in the front of our yard.
