Not sure why this company has a 2.5 star rating. They came out and did a great job and are a 5 star company. As a business owner I hold other businesses to higher standards and this is one of the first that I have been completely impressed with. Brian the owner is great and the guys he sent out did an awesome job and very friendly. Recommend Smart Shelters to anybody and everyone for the storm shelter
