Mr. Ed is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had so many issues over several months where we had to postpone the installation of our new shades four times and throughout the entire time he was patient and understanding. When we were finally ready he was on time and did a great job installing the perfect shade for our needs. We could not be happier with the results.
