RUNNNNNN AWAYYYY!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Said they could close in 21 days which was a lie. Did not communicate with my broker throughout process. Felt like we had to chase them down to get information and clarification. A few days before closing they requested a load of documentation that could have been sent over weeks prior but was just a strategy they used because they was not ready for the closing date.
