I booked an appointment a month ago for a very concerning spot. I was not advised that unvaccinated can not attend your business. If you are turning away customers who booked before your new rules came in, please phone each person to check they have the stupid green tick, so if not, they have plenty of time to make arrangements with skin clinics that don't discriminate. I applaud SmartScan for their brave decision. Dr Lutie is right, whenever I'm there to have my skin checked, the majority of waiting patients are elderly. Protecting them in any way possible throughout this never-ending pandemic is key. Seems odd to me that the previous poster would attend the practice to ensure their continuing good health, but slam the business for implementing a measure designed to assist in ensuring the continuing good health of their patients. Go figure.
Very disappointing I have been coming to get my skin checked for years now. I have been told because I’m not vaccinated but still healthy I can no longer attend this clinic from dec 17th 2021. Segregation at it’s finest I hope you rethink these conditions you have put into place .
