there is a lady who works at this transit center who has a nasty attitude and just down right disrespectful. she lets her friends come in and use the restroom but tell everyone else to go to McDonald's. she has a nasty attitude. cursing people out treating people really nasty.... she is not friendly at all and down right disrespectful I wish that place had a supervisor I could speak with to report her for her behavior I have been coming to the transit center for years and she is the only one that I have ever had issues with.... read more
Very clean and safe. Excellent customer service
2 Bus drivers (Man & Woman) that drove the 492 08/14/24 were throwing complaints at me because I’m not at there “ideal spots” even though I’m standing next the stop signs of the buses. We need either construction done on the bus stops or get need drivers for the 492, cause they are completely rude for no reason and I pay my fare like everyone else.
