Very clean and safe. Excellent customer service
2 Bus drivers (Man & Woman) that drove the 492 08/14/24 were throwing complaints at me because I’m not at there “ideal spots” even though I’m standing next the stop signs of the buses. We need either construction done on the bus stops or get need drivers for the 492, cause they are completely rude for no reason and I pay my fare like everyone else.
Clean and information I needed was good.
Tripper beware. I have tried the new 492 bus line twice now to get to and from work. In both cases the bus has not shown up at all and I have had to wait over an hour for another to come. Calling into the customer service line and they have hung up on me after I asked why the bus did not show up. Extremely unreliable service that I will not use again.
