The woman who was the only person behind the counter on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 9 a.m. I was wearing an N95 face mask. The woman then proceeds to cough all over the bus pass that I just purchased, along with the receipt, and plastic sleeve that it comes in. How gross, unprofessional, and mean-spirited! If you're that unhappy, work elsewhere.

First, let me start out saying that this place is ridiculous.I came in the day before only to find out that they are closed at 5:50p m. So I came the next day to pay for my pass. The lady talked to me like I was a robot speaking fast. And not slowing down enough to hear what exactly I was trying to do. And I walk in trying to see what time is it.And the clock they have up front is fifteen minutes faster than what's on the cell phone? Can this please be fixed?

Until now I held you as number 1 not any longer. You don't get back in contact with the consumer. When asked to send a paratransit packet to me. I needed to apply and request your services and still haven't received it. Poor service efforts by those answering the phone line. Not good business practice
