I cannot express how disappointed I am with SMART ROOFING, INC. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their one-year contract is utterly unacceptable. After I reported a leak in my roof shortly after they installed it, they failed to honor their obligation to fix it within the agreed-upon timeframe. From start to finish Smart Roofing was the absolute best. I rarely give reviews; however, Smart Roofing deserves credit and a 5 star rating. We have signed a contract to have our entire 3 layer roof replaced in mid December. Contact us after the job is done. Right now all I can say is that they seem to be fair and on time for appointments.
