Asked to be taken off their list, recieve 1 or 2 calls per day trying to sell me roofing services, have new roof since March, but I guess they don't care, so now I'll book for a estimate and let them waste their time, like the way their wasting my time
Our product manager Isaac was truly a gem. He responded even when he was on vacation with questions I had even before we signed the contract and after. His foreman Leo also showed rapid response to questions. I felt like it wasn’t about the money but truthfully about us as a customer and doing an amazing job in the roof. We got final approval on the first inspection. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company and their employees.
Communication was terrible, they never returned my calls and kept pushing back the start date.
Very sloppy workmanship, nails and shingles are already coming loose after just a few months.
Smart Roofing did a very professional job replacing the wood shake roof on our house with an Owens Corning Duration Cool Plus roofing system. I particularly liked the fact that their quote for the job was very clear and detailed. Unlike some other roofers, they did not limit their obligation to replace rotten wood on the existing decking as part of the quoted price. They did not subcontract out the work.
