Decent snow removal terrible customer service when incident happens.
Rob at SmartRock is a great guy & strives to deliver all customers with quality products & service. He has done some great yard landscaping & decks for us & provides awesome snow Removal in the winter time in Russell Ontario. It’s easy to locate him with his new space in downtown Russell & is always just a text away for a quote or service. Rob is a local Russell resident & is very proud of his Russell roots & providing various projects for all residents in Russell Prescott including Embrun & more.
Smart Rock did an amazing job on our interlock by our front entrance. Rob and his team were courteous, professional and very efficient. Highly recommended!
