Booked a load with Sebastian Vazquez. Sent him the rate confirmation and he sent me all the driver information. The load was set to pick up at 1000CST. I called the driver and confirmed he was good for pick. When I called to check in on how the driver was looking, he informed me Sebastian found him another load and failed to notify me.... Unprofessional and a terrible way to conduct business. He didn't even have the decency to take my phone call to explain anything.
