Manny and his team did an excellent job! The install was quick and efficient. They were very considerate of our concerns and the process was cleaner than we expected. Our house now looks like a new home and feels like a fortress. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Smart Replace for window and door needs..
Unfortunately very disappointed with these guys because they can do good work but terrible terrible customer service and no effort to communicate. Did an excellent job at my parents but when it came to my house they completely fell off; Waited a year with no feedback then called them again which replied, but disappeared again! was trying to award them close to 40k in work but i guess they just weren't interested nor gave me the courtesy of a return phone call or email. Great service, workmanship, and quality. Manny and Debora are both incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. The installers were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were finished. I highly recommend Smart Replace Corp.
Excellent experience. Manny is very knowledgable about impact windows, options, manufacturers, suppliers and installations. He is a great guy to talk to about what is best for your situation. Prices are good and followup is excellent. I will buy from Manny again without hesitation.
