I have recently moved into a rental property and Smart Rentals Townsville have been wonderful to deal with every step of the way. The property itself is for sale, and even then the property manager has been very understanding of making sure inspections and necessary steps for the sale are worked around my schedule. I could not ask for a better agency to rent through!
Absolute nightmare to deal with as a tenant. Property Management team are extremely slow to respond taking up to a week to respond to emails (that’s if they decide to respond). You must email because they don’t answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. If you give up on trying to call your property manager good luck with the reception team who will “pass it on as the property manager is currently busy doing something else” then you’ll have to call them back an hour later to make sure they haven’t forgot about you.
