Very disappointing experience with this agent. Communication was extremely unprofessional, and I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Maintenance issues were not handled properly, yet tenants were blamed for minor matters instead of the issues being resolved. I also had concerns regarding the handling of my bond, which made the overall experience even more stressful. I would strongly recommend future tenants carefully consider other options before renting through this agent.
The worst agent ever. This guy “Mahi” will even take your bond money and is completely unprofessional. He has no manners when speaking to people, and I would never recommend him to anyone. I strongly advise people not to rent a property through him. He also doesn’t properly arrange or maintain the property, and then he blames you for even the smallest issues. He is absolutely unreasonable and difficult to deal with. Mahi is very unprofessional
I got a free rental appraisal from Mahi and noticed he was not pushy at all.He was very informative and had good manners . Since then ,I chose these guys to manage my property and they have been great!!
First time renter here and the rental application was straight forward and easy to understand! We really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. Thanks Mahi and the team!
