Great service and long term regular customer. I always enjoy the due diligence they take with helping give you exactly what you need when it comes to the IRS and being ahead of the game.
Been going here for 30 plus years and never had the experience I had last year and this year. Not only do they not return any of my phone calls for over 5 months never did my taxes last year when I went to pick them up the front office lady was so rude I couldn’t speak I had to just walk out! I will not ever go back! Tried contacting Dawn several times in the course of five months and didn’t receive one call back from her or anyone else. I am beyond frustrated and angry!
