I asked about listings for future potential buying and David had no interest unless I had cash now! Being it takes a process in itself in buying property or a home I find it real hard to believe he just turns sales like that away. Just because the sale is less than 15k shouldn't make me any less important to come in and make a plan or motive. Will not be calling back .
Couldn't find property that I passed and was interested in, on Zillow. Like to get more info before I actually call the agent. Even my GPS didn't show address.
Don't return calls (3) from someone asking to buy a house, has signs all over the place that have arrows leading to no where and no house!! Total waste of time!
