Gave attitude, took a request as personal insult, made a scene about irrelevant aspects of a tree complaint. Like dealing with an impetuous teen. No action on request, no response, had to be asked for a response 2 months later. Can't comprehend the request either, based on her reply below. She has received repeated letters outlining laws and action required and does nothing to communicate to her client or myself. After a 2 month wait I requested a response.
