They own piedmont refuse and recycling and they constantly miss our trash pick up. This company has very poor customer service.
I would give them zero stars if I could. They never pick up on the days they are supposed to. They never answer their phones but instead leave a message saying their service is currently running one day behind. My trash hadn't been picked up in over a week. It's been left at the road on the off chance they do show up. I would go to another company but this is the only residential service available in my area. I've called and begged other companies. Stay clear if at all possible!!
Worst trash service I've ever experienced. Eleven days since my last trash pickup. Does not answer phone in the office. Haven't had consistent weekly service in months.
