Can’t say enough about this company. We were let down by so many other companies last year, and when we found Dan and Rob they came and got the job done amazingly! Nothing too much trouble - great service and advice!
Dan is a top bloke and knowledge of the pools and plant rooms is second for know! Worked with his a long time and can safely say there is no one more knowledgeable around! Any issues drop him a email or call!
Dan and his team are so knowledgeable and always available to help. I cannot recommend them enough, they are the absolute BEST at what they do!
I did not receive what I had ordered. Returned the item in early Feb and I am still waiting for my refund. Company states refund has been made but I have not received. Several chasers and still unresolved. Query now raised with my credit card company to resolve. Incorrect product , it happens...not going all out to minimise inconvenience thereafter unacceptable!!!
