good day! if I could I would not have given you a single star, do not contact this company, they have left a disaster in my house and I no longer respond to messages, they did the work quickly and hurried to leave, on the day they worked, I left my pipes out and without sealing them, I had a flood at night at home, they destroyed my carpet, these days I turned on the heat and the work he did for me does not work, the radiators do not heat and he does not answer the phone, I will have to I call another competent company.
Quick response and were able to fix my broken boiler.
Very positive experience with Smart Plumbing, they arrived within hours to sort an urgent boiler issue and provided great service. Highly recommended.
Asked for a quote, they came and instead of quoting it, they fixed it made me pay for it. I told them multiple times that I wanted a quote before paying and that I didn't want to commit without a quote first. He was not friendly or nice to me and spelt my name wrong in the invoice as they just wanted to leave quickly, even though I was trying to correct them. Wouldn't go with them again.
