Great team, fast, reasonably priced, competent.
We had a problem with what appeared to be water hammer. Their plumber (Federico) came out, inspected the pipes, watt pressure and fixtures. Which all appeared to be fine. However, since we could hear it in the entire house he noticed the sound was coming mostly from the shower. Through a process of elimination he shut off the water flow into the valve and things were quiet. So we acquired a new cartridge but upon install of the new cartridge the pounding returned.
