Watch out for the lady from the front office she's quite rude and impatient. I was a bit confronted at her impatient manner and I'm no fuss!
Got referred to call these boys from one of the wreckers in Queensland because I was struggling to find some parts for my 2019 200 series. Got in touch with Dean and from the outset homie was quick with finding the part I was after and delivered it within the ascertained time. I’m based in Brisbane and I will continue to use smart part. Good on you guys, from Dean to the account manager, thank you for your help.
Rang up to let them know the part didn't fit my car was told bad luck that's what my husband ordered I said I understand but they are wrong oh well bad luck no asking what the actual problem was or a solution just blunt rude customer service I wasn't asking for a refund I was asking for maybe a little bit of help but nope nothing !!! Your customer service overall is appalling how you run a wrecking yard in today's society is beyond me poor poor poor customer service !!! Remember it's people like me that keep you in a job !

Awesome service, I had been to pretty much every 4x4 wrecker in Adelaide, none had the part I needed.
