Dee Jay took on a complex repair of my Prado at short notice where otherwise I had t wait a couple of weeks, including the Toyota dealership. Did a great job and I thought the bill was reasonable. Dee Jay kept me informed throughout the process and I was able to store the vehicle there while I made other arrangements to continue my trip to the Kimberley. Would highly recommend. Also referred me to a trailer repair mob around the corner who were just as helpful. All in all very good memories of Alice Springs.

Wouldn’t go anywhere this dodgy business. Absolutely horrible customer service and an obvious incompetence in doing their job. Car went in for an oil leak. They fixed the leak however, did not even bother to top up the oil (4L of oil was missing from the leak) so they can’t have checked the oil level. Job description said engine was cleaned and a general check over was conducted.
