DO NOT rent from these people they do not communicate at all or help with any maintenance issues. You should be ashamed of how you treat renters! Their good reviews were 3+years ago. Don’t trust them now!

I would do a zero-star rating if I could. There have been communicated issues with the property since the day of move-in and not one has been addressed or solved. We get a smoke shield of "Oh it was our maintenance person's fault" or "Oh, we'll get on it" and then nothing ever happens. The lack of communication skills is abysmal. UNTRUSTWORTHY! I waited 3 years for them to replace a broken electrical component in my apt that I kept being promised would be fixed, at the end of it all the property was sold to someone else, without ever resolving my issue. I've heard from multiple prior tenants besides those who have written reviews here that they never received their security deposits back. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The apartment I stayed in had a/c and heat that did not work which I alerted the property manager about numerous times and was either ignored or told to deal with it because it was an old building. I completed my lease and never received my security deposit back nor a list of deductions which is illegal after 30 days.
