I met Jim in 2008 when he helped fix my 1995 SAAB convertible whose top would not go up. The local SAAB delaer was stumped and I drove all the way from El Paso (with the top down and 112 degrees) to have him look at it, he fixed it in five minutes! I was convinced and he has maintained all of our cars since, keeping our SAABs in good condition now 16 years after the company went out of business. So grateful for Jim and Patty! They went above and beyond to help me out and did everything they could to save my car and then were honest when it was time to stop pouring money into it. They were kind, transparent, incredibly knowledgeable, prices were literally half what I was paying in Denver. I just wish I had found them years ago!

I have been using this shop for years. Solved a mysterious AC issue two others could not. Never try to upsell or claim something needed that isn't. Prices are fair and reasonable.

Jim is great and very experienced. Patty has always been super rough around the edges and not pleasant to interact with until just recently, when my Saab bit the dust. It's a fair business, run with dignity and respect, but if possible avoid interacting with Patty. They also rarely, if ever, pick up their phone after 11:30am, so keep that in mind. Jim is the only reason this post has 3 stars, otherwise I'd give it 1 at best.
