I called this Smart fortwo mobile mechanic last night, he said his call out was £50 which included diagnostic for first hour, then £50 per hour for every hour after that, seemed reasonable, said he would book me in for a 10:30am appointment the next day, fantastic service I thought. Took the next day off work, 10:30am no show , managed to get thru at 11:30am he said he would be another hour, he failed to turn up.
