About a year ago, Robert from Smart Living Constructions did some work on my roof and told me he had drilled weep holes under the tiles. Since then, I kept noticing staining and cracking, and I thought it might be subfloor damage. But after getting another opinion from a trusted roofer, I found out the real issue was a lack of weep holes and that none had actually been drilled, despite what Robert told me. He doesn't properly think things through now I need to pay another tradie to fix the mess he made. Essentially I need to pay for a bandaid solution because of his lack of oversight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Absolute nightmare experience. The tiles is pretty much the only thing we will be keeping for over two months of work. Very disappointed
