I hate living here. People are filthy and management doesn’t do much about it. Had my apartment sprayed for roaches because they started coming into our apartment since and we are paying for it every month. Couldn’t get the Information on the poison used because of our health issues and my dogs health. Let me start by sharing my initial experience when I first moved here. The community and management were fantastic! The outdoor area was spotless, with no trash scattered on the sidewalks, no dog feces, and no dog odor. The entire nine-yard pool area was immaculate. However, things have taken a drastic turn. Going on year 2 living at this complex, and I absolutely love the staff and community. The property is very well maintained, and whenever there’s a maintenance issue, they’re always on top of it — usually resolving it the same day or by the next day. The front office staff is very accommodating and always goes the extra mile by hosting cute events for the residents. It truly feels like a welcoming community, and I’ve really enjoyed living here.
LaTasia And Krystal are so easy to talk to and make living here feel very welcoming. The property is kept up so well and maintenance fixes things so quickly. I love it here.
This was my first apartment and I lived here for three years. I was sad to go but it was time to move on. Front office handled problems immediately and maintenance was quick when you put in a service request. For me it was quiet and I didn’t have many problems while living here.
