My first experience at the Lumen Center was a warm welcome at the front desk by a terrific support team. I then had the opportunity to meet & consult with Dr Kwak . Dr Kwak explained the procedure that was specific to my needs & described Smart Lipo & what results I may expect. Well, almost 3 months after SL I am more than pleased- I have a waist again & I feel younger& healthier. So grateful to the entire group at the Lumen Center- highly recommend.
From my informative first consult to the post care support and thorough follow up appointment schedule , everything has been excellent. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and you always get a real person when you call or even text.. Very different from many places where you end up playing telephone tag .
