I contacted the seller in advance to ask if a pink coat rack was available and she said yes and told me to let her know before I go to the store so that she can get it ready for me to pick up. The night before I came to the store, I told her that I was going to arrive tomorrow for the pink coat rack. She gave me a thumbs up. The next day I drove to the store in Markham, only for the seller to tell me that she sold all the pink coat racks to someone else. I love this store. All items are with reasonable prices and a lot of choices. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from this store again. Highly recommended to anyone . Also, I would like to send a special thank you to Sophie for being so helpful.
