Larry and his team were absolutely phenomenal. His communication from beginning to end was greatly appreciated. He even FaceTime me to help map out where we will put the lift and answer any questions we had on top of this. He was booked out until January, which didn’t work for our schedule and instead of him leaving me to find other solutions, he was able to get me into his schedule within the wee. Thank you so much! I will be recommending you to anyone that I know is look that is looking for a lift!
Great experience getting this lift. The guys installing it clearly knew what they were doing, seemed to do a good job and in good time. They explained everything to me including maintenance, levelled and tweaked the lift and raised my car on it to get it set just right, and even left me some anchors in case I choose to attach it to the floor some day. I have never used SLS before, but they came as advertised based on those aforementioned reviews. The sales process was very easy. They were responsive, clear, helpful and best of all very reasonable from a price point of view. Great company to work with. Efficient and effective communication. Arrived on time as scheduled, work done carefully and efficiently. Completely cleaned up after work and protected the work space. Quality of install is top shelf and product superb. Extra wide and tall lift was installed.
