So easy to work with and it's obvious from the first meeting, she wants to design a project that meets your needs and budget. Ron and Blair bring the design to life. Kitchens by Good Guys did a full home remodel for us 5 years ago. The experience was top notch from start to finish. Today the hybrid water heater/heat pump that was installed during our remodel began to leak. We called Erin Robert and she sent Ron out the same day to inspect the water heater. He determined it was a manufacturer warranty issue. He immediately ordered a new water heater for us. Removed the old unit and had the new one installed the same day. I went here the other day and they have a stunning showroom. All of the staff is phenomenal and Erin was so helpful and seems to really care about the work she does. I was referred to her by a friend and I’m so grateful as they were so helpful and have beautiful designs/cabinetry.
