Excellent Doctor, been seeing Dr.Smartt since 2019. As of 2026, still the best neurologist in Indiana.
I had one appointment with Dr. Smartt. Great doctor! No complaints. But I have tried REPEATEDLY to get in touch with his office and no one ever gets back to me. Phone calls, voicemails... nothing. I am worried I'll have to find a new neuro soon just to REACH someone, which is really unreasonable because the one appointment I had with Dr. Smartt was my initial consultation!

I am very thankful to have found such a thorough and compassionate doctor when I was having a very difficult time with my health. I was unable to drive or function at all outside of laying in bed. This went on for months and I went to just about every possible specialist I could, only to be told repeatedly that they could not find anything. Dr. Smartt gave me answers and hope during my first appointment. Can't recommend him enough!
I went there for the very first time.And I could not have asked to be treated any better. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. And doctor smart was very knowledgeable , Very helpful and I strongly recommend this place to anybody
