I went there for the very first time.And I could not have asked to be treated any better. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. And doctor smart was very knowledgeable , Very helpful and I strongly recommend this place to anybody
**Long Post Alert** Dr. Jerry Smartt is a Neurologist Master with my care. Dr. Smartt is one of few Doctors that still hand writes his charting and not missing a beat with our discussion and diagnosis care plan action from A to Z plus a copy at checkout... Dr. Smartt takes his time. Did I mention TIME .. his visits are lengthy, in reality we complain when you're in an out and rushed... Very good and informative dr
I had one appointment with Dr. Smartt. Great doctor! No complaints. But I have tried REPEATEDLY to get in touch with his office and no one ever gets back to me. Phone calls, voicemails... nothing. I am worried I'll have to find a new neuro soon just to REACH someone, which is really unreasonable because the one appointment I had with Dr. Smartt was my initial consultation!
Long time patient and big fan of Dr. Smartt, but the office management is in need of a SERIOUS reboot. No response to voicemail or email. Billing me for copay that I paid at the time of the appointment. Delayed response to insurance inquiries keeping me from getting necessary meds. Please PLEASE do better.
