I tried to use this title company for two transaction and they proceeded to site FL "laws" about requiring an EMD, ie are not investor friendly. There are no laws in FL that require an escrow account be established FYI. Also, Joanne proceeded to mix the sellers email into one email chain which is a terrible look for a title company that needs to be organized thus causing issues for my business. I would not recommend this company over a rock I pick up the ground for a paperweight.
I have been working with this title company for more than 16 years and I will not change them for another since their effort and work so that we all have an easy and complete closing and if we have any problem they do everything in their power to solve it, I really love it the work they do.
